Join us for our 2026 Trail Hiker Dinners, every Sunday evening from July 12th to August 30th from 5:30pm until 7:00pm-ish at the Lake City Trail Hiker Center, (AKA the Presbyterian Annex) located at 418 Silver Street in historic downtown Lake City.
The meal is 100% free (and we don’t accept donations from hikers who are actively on the CDT or the Colorado Trail) and includes a variety of animal-based protein dish and vegetarian options (and there’s usually a few options for vegans too).

The Lake City Hiker Center strives to be a zero-waste community. We know that the preservation of the environment is important to trail hikers. To that end, we offer reusable melamine plates and bowls, plastic cups, ceramic mugs, metal flatware, and cloth napkins. We only empty our trash cans when full (or stinky) and we offer two filtered water stations (one indoor and one outdoors that is available 24 hours a day).
